New Caney's New HEB Centered Valley Ranch Commerce District Officially Breaks Ground

A major new phase of development is officially underway at Valley Ranch. The Signorelli Company recently joined community leaders, project partners and the Valley Ranch team for a groundbreaking ceremony celebrating the start of Commerce District.

The development is expected to bring a new HEB along with additional retail, dining, residential and commercial opportunities as Valley Ranch continues to expand. Developers say Commerce District is designed to add more places for residents to shop, dine, work and gather, with additional phases planned as the area continues to grow.

The groundbreaking marks the beginning of what is expected to be a significant long-term addition to the Valley Ranch community. What are you hoping to see in this new development?

Probably won't happen, but I would love to see an Abuelo's. Their menu is different! It's my favorite place in Tyler, and there's several locations in DFW area. Some different things they offer - 3 kinds of dip with the chips, choice of Mexican potatoes instead of rice, and flan. This would be a perfect spot for them!
