Site Prep Appears to Be Underway for Valley Ranch H-E-B Project Visible site activity is now underway at the future H-E-B-anchored Commerce District in Valley Ranch. The property has been silt fenced, and large amounts of dirt appear to be staged at the site as crews prepare for additional ground work. The project, located southwest of Hwy. 59 and the Grand Parkway, is planned to include a 120,000-square-foot H-E-B with curbside pickup, a fuel station and a car wash. The store is expected to open next fall as part of the first phase of the larger Commerce District development.

Txmusil, I was under the impression it was going to be built on the other side of the Grand Parkway near the intersection with Valley Ranch Parkway. (The other end of your L.H. arrow.) What documentation have you seen for the location you've highlighted?
otto : Definitely not going on the other side of the Grand Parkway. There is not enough room...they'd have to cover up the lake, and even then it wouldn't be enough.
