Spent the morning at Valley Ranch

DH and I try to keep silk flowers on family members gravestones. I've learned that WM in NC usually has a good selection, and it did not disappoint today. I looked at a few other things as well. WM has really upped their game on home decor, etc. I also enjoyed browsing around in Home Goods. Then it was lunchtime! We headed straight to Gringos! I got my favorite, the Summer Special. DH got his favorite, Three Amigos plus Pepe. It's 4 different enchiladas with Charro beans & rice. I took a picture of the enchiladas. As always, it was all yummy.

@Bloom : Love Gringo's. I meet a girlfriend there for happy hour every couple of weeks. We split happy hour queso and panchos, one drink each and the bill with tip is less than $25

@DixieDee : That's not bad at all! Some people think they're pricey, but we always enjoy eating there. Everything is top notch, and service is awesome. Plus, our kids usually give DH gift cards for birthday, Father's Day, and Christmas & they know that's a favorite of ours. So we rarely actually spend our money.
