Ace Hardware Store

Curious - Is the customer service good at the Ace hardware store in Porter good?
I was in the one in Kingwoood. Three employees standing near the entrance were talking amongst themselves. They did not ask me if I need any assistance. I was ignored. First time this had happened at this store.

So sorry that happened to you. I shop at the one near my home in Atascocita. They always have someone coming around asking if there's anything they can help me with. Maybe Porter location would be better. 🤞🤷

I've always had good service at the KW store. I've also shopped the Porter store a few times and the service there was good as well.

Genesis : I've always had good service at the KW store. I've also shopped the Porter store a few times and the service there was good as well.

@Genesis : Maybe it was a one time thing. Whenever I go in a hardware store, I ALWAYS need help. I probably would have interrupted their conversation with "Excuse me, I really need help." 🙃

@Bloom : Yeah, I agree. Probably a one time situation. I've usually had good service in the past. Just bothered me when 3 employees standing there talking, and they can see customers coming in.

The one in Porter has been so far in my experience. About 80% of the time I have been there, they've greeted me or ask me I need help finding anything.
