I couldn't find a lot of details about where & when, but another new place is coming to Valley Ranch. They're about to open soon in Sugarland, and offer Mediterranean food. Sounds interesting!

Bloom : It is buffet. You go through the line and serve yourself. You must take a clean plate each time you go through. Also, you have to ask for the Gyro meat.
