2 Kingwood families missing in the flooding in in near Kerrville

This is so heartbreaking. Sadly, it sounds like the death toll will rise even higher.

Sweetie : Oh no! I hear on this morning some outrageous numbers! Like the Guadalupe rose 26 ft in an incredibly short time...can't remember exactly. That area was super dry this yearly....nearly drought conditions and now this tragedy. Heartbreaking.

Just looking at the news since posting that I'm afraid you're right. So heartbreaking.

22 little girls are still missing. One set of family the parents came to look for their little girl and they actually found her alive. They pulled one girl out of a tree this morning and she's alive so that's good. It's just a horrible, horrible tragic event

Sweetie : So glad that the girl knew how to climb a tree and getaway. No doubt, she was terrified adn this will stay with her forever.

So many dead so many missing. I saw that they rescued a girl today who have been floating on a mattress for over three hours. This is just a tragedy. There's just no words.

Mr Burgess body has been found. His wife and two sons are still missing. The Kingwood Park AG teacher and his family are still missing. Praying they are found safe somewhere.

I am so sorry to hear he was found deceased. Praying his wife and son somehow made it. This is just so unbelievably heartbreaking.
