Law Enforcement Swiftly Apprehends Suspect in Home Depot Theft

Home Depot Mower Theft
On Thursday, January 25, 2024, just before 1 PM, deputies from Precinct 4 of Constable Kenneth “Rowdy†Hayden’s Office responded to a theft report at the Porter Home Depot. A male suspect was reported to have taken a Milwaukee Electric Push Mower from the store without payment, loading it into the back of a yellow Ford pickup truck before fleeing the scene.
A Precinct 4 Sergeant located the vehicle shortly after in the vicinity of the Valley Ranch Shopping area in New Caney. Subsequent investigations led to the identification of the suspect as Archie Joles, a 42-year-old resident of Porter, TX. Evidence confirmed that Mr. Joles was responsible for the removal of the mower from Home Depot and was arrested and charged with Class A misdemeanor theft.
