Driver Arrested for Third DWI After Game Warden's Intervention

Cbear : Unfortunately, that doesn't necessarily mean they are jailed for any specific time. I know of someone who was killed by a drunk driver that had 5 dwi's and he had removed an ankle surveillance, and to top that off, he was driving a company truck that knew his problem and inserted a module in the truck he drove that when he blew into it, if it showed alcohol, it would not start. He simply had his son disable it and went off to kill someone.
