@Sweetie : yes the whole river bank is falling over and widening and the trees are just falling onto dry sand and dying.
I regret not getting more pictures to show you guys but I was in aw.... myself
 
The whole river has dried up so much in the section by 99 but its weird when I drive passed it on 59 it looks very full but thats not the case down stream

Sweetie : yes the whole river bank is falling over and widening and the trees are just falling onto dry sand and dying. @Bloom : Oh it totally would. That's why they have been dredging parts of the river to remove all of the debris. That debris takes up space that water cannot occupy.

@Valley_Ranch : I wonder why this is happening. I wonder if it's just erosion or if it has to do with the drought. Either way I hope they can figure out what's going on and stop it.
