The Montgomery County PCT 4 Constable's Office will be conducting a Drunk Driving Enforcement Initiative over the upcoming Labor Day holiday weekend.

The enforcement period is funded by the Texas Department of Transportation through a Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) grant. The STEP grant provides overtime funds for enhanced DWI enforcement during holiday weekends when there have traditionally been more alcohol-related traffic incidents.

So if drinking is on your to-do list this coming Labor Day weekend, make plans to have a ride or call for a ride service...Or plan on spending some time in the Montgomery County Jail!
