@KingsKid : Only one in NC that I know of is at 23370 Johnson Rd, but it is an assisted living place.

1314 closer to Conroe (after 242) on right, after 336 I forgot name and can't find the picture will continue to look

I think I saw some in Roman Forest today....not sure I will relook but we had a 5 yo that was wanting to go to a bday party at the splash pad!

There are apartments in Roman Forest, most of them along Appian Way, but I'm not aware that any of them are seniors-only.
