I saw a couple guys. Inside last week. Looked like they had framed up a fast food type garbage can. Sometimes the first in a new area suffers delays because of delivery logistics on food supplies. Remember the first In & Out Burger was suppose to open in 2016 on Westheimer. That one isn't opening now but one in Stafford & Katy are just being built 3 years later. Of course that one on Westheimer found the property had a previous lease or something. Part of that was Real Estate and that won't be an issue here. Walmart doesn't make those mistakes

The door was open this morning when I drove by on my way to work and people were going in and out....

@carol888 : @carol888 : Went by today and Fed-Ex semi was unloading stuff. It was like on of the smaller trailers when trucks haul doubles.
