Drove by there on Tuesday. The entire area that looks like trees in the photo above has been cleared, right up to Cumberland Blvd. That's too big for only an H-E-B. You could fit an entire strip center in there.

@otto : I'm sure HEB will lure in some more businesses. It'll probably be similar to what has built up around the KW store at KW Dr and W. Lake Houston

I'm ready for this HEB to come up already. I live in this subdivision and will able to walk to the store. We watched them tear all the trees down, but it's still an empty lot. The last time frame I heard was 3 years. I'm hoping they will start on this one after they finish the one at 59 & Northpark...

I drive by the NorthPark and 59 Location almost daily. Time estimate to opening that I have seen is August 2019

There is another HEB (coming soon signs up already) at North Park & 59 where ground is being cleared. Beside have you seen the subdivision going g in between 99 & Gene Campbell on North side of 1314? Go up Gene Campbell. Not 100% sure but I think that subdivision. Goes all the way to 99
