$25 MALE CAT NEUTERS SUNDAY, JULY 23, 2017 AT THE SALLAS PARK SHOW BARN IN NEW CANEY
Texas Litter Control will be onsite at the Sallas Park Show Barn,
Sunday, July 23, 2017 at 8am with our new MASH unit. We will be performing low cost neuter surgeries for cats.
This event is open to everyone. There are no income qualifications. This is a walk up event meaning we are not taking appointments. Please make sure you read the instructions below.
The $25 package includes the neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, and FVRCP vaccine. If you would like to purchase a micro-chip for your cat, you can do so for $5 at this event. WE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING CASH AT THIS EVENT. The barn is metal and we get no internet service, so we will not be able to take credit cards.
All of the following instructions must be followed or we will not be able to service you:
1. Cats must have both testicles descended.
2. Kittens must weigh at least 3 pounds.
3. Adult cats must be under 6 years of age.
4. All cats must be in a pet taxi or cage where the cat can lay comfortably. We recommend the plastic crates 12-14 inches wide and 20 inches deep.
5. One cat per pet taxi. We do not have stand alone cat cages at this event. Sometimes pets wake up agitated and it is not safe to have more than one in a crate during recovery.
6. Kittens under 5 months old need to be fed breakfast. Adult cats should not eat anything after midnight the night before surgery.
7. Drop off is between 8am and 8:30am. Pick up will be assigned at drop off.
8. We will be accepting cash only. Payment is due at check in.
9. If you cat is current on his vaccinations, please bring proof at check in or we will have to re-vaccinate him.
