I know they are actively looking for a gym tenant, no word yet how close that is to becoming a reality.

What's going in just up 59 north of new caney? There's a gas station being put in and there's that big building in the back.

If it is where that new road has been put in just to the south of Flying J and you can see back in there a ways to the large building, it is the new race facility. Not sure about a new station though.

I was wrong. It's just down from Roman Forest exit. But today they came out and said it's a new WalMart!
