HEB Coming To East Montgomery County

@otto : I'm sure HEB will lure in some more businesses. It'll probably be similar to what has built up around the KW store at KW Dr and W. Lake Houston

Kids are super excited, anyone know projected time frame?

@otto : There is also going to be a strip center with the HEB kinda like the HEB at 99 and Rayford Rd...

I'm ready for this HEB to come up already. I live in this subdivision and will able to walk to the store. We watched them tear all the trees down, but it's still an empty lot. The last time frame I heard was 3 years. I'm hoping they will start on this one after they finish the one at 59 & Northpark...

@howiekat : hope they start soon, having all those trees gone shows hope.

@howiekat : @carol888 : I drove by again last weekend...it seems like they're moving at an awfully slow pace to get that HEB done.

My daughter lives across the street from there and they love HEB. So hopefully sooner than later!

I drive by the NorthPark and 59 Location almost daily. Time estimate to opening that I have seen is August 2019

There is another HEB (coming soon signs up already) at North Park & 59 where ground is being cleared. Beside have you seen the subdivision going g in between 99 & Gene Campbell on North side of 1314? Go up Gene Campbell. Not 100% sure but I think that subdivision. Goes all the way to 99
