Hallelujah! I've been hearing the rumors, and seeing this post confirms them! I live in Cumberland and could literally walk to the new HEB! Thank you for posting this information, it has made my day!

@carol888 : I've heard heb. I've never been in a Joe vs but apparently they have good that is near expiration from heb and have some great deals.

Of course on more forced TOLL for the New Caney Folks. From Valley Ranch Shopping center using the Grand Parkway to avoid all the extra traffic,m it will cost you $1.81 toll each way. Darn.

It will be off of 1314 so no toll toll will be next to it

I seen this pic about 2 weeks ago on a realtors page for this area. Cool! They are clearing it pretty fast so get ready to shop!!

Drove by there on Tuesday. The entire area that looks like trees in the photo above has been cleared, right up to Cumberland Blvd. That's too big for only an H-E-B. You could fit an entire strip center in there.
