Glad it went well. I always enjoyed our kid's performances over the years. I can't imagine the work and patience that must go into putting together something like that.

Bloom : it is so much work! The lady who is over the Theater program has the patience of Job and an amazing mind. Yes, it takes a lot of patience as well. I was backstage quite a bit, wrangling children. Interestingly, the younger ones obeyed better than the preteen/teens did. It's such a neat opportunity for them. And they even got to do it at a theater this time. That theater is so nice!

botanylover : So glad and...now that too is in the rear view!!

Cbear : Yes! Now I can focus on doing school this week and getting some goodies baked before we go to my mom's and mother-in-law's. ♥️

It's a huge accomplishment to get something major checked off the list this time of year!

botanylover : Do you know what you are going to bake?

Bloom : Yes, it is!! I have one week left to do a lot of things! And we have company coming in Friday! Then we leave Saturday. Hoping the week goes smoothly!!!😊

Cbear : we are going to make zucchini bread and sausage balls and buckeyes and fudge. Oh, and my DD mixed up some sugar cookies, so we will need to bake those as well. 😁

Sounds like a busy week ahead! Just keep telling yourself you can do it! Can you delegate anything?

Bloom : I can delegate some of it, but we are also doing school this week, so they will be busy until noon for sure. I will try to get as much done at the beginning of the week as possible, so I know if I'm going to get it all done! 😅I would love to do our family Christmas before we leave on Saturday. We will see if that happens! As I mentioned elsewhere, we are having company come in Friday, so we will have to do it Thursday night probably. Hopefully we will have our ducks in a row by then!
