This just doesn't seem right to me.

This just doesn't seem right to me.So, I noticed a piece of the curb had fallen into the street a few weeks ago. Called COH 311 to report. I followed up today and was told it was not their responsibility but rather mine. I said that I don't "own" the street. I own my property which I thought ends when it reaches the curb. She again told me no and that I would have to hire a concrete repair company! I had some pretty wild neighbors across the street who just moved away and I am pretty sure it was one of them that drove one of the many big vehicles and damaged the curb. Sigh.
