R. B. Tullis Library will celebrate the grand opening of its new Family Place Library educational play area on Monday, November 2nd, 2026, at 1 PM at 21569 U.S. Hwy 59 in New Caney. Designed for young children, parents and caregivers, the space brings together hands-on play, and opportunities for families to connect with neighbors while supporting early learning and a love of reading.
