DH wanted to go to Gringos for lunch. We both ordered our favorite, Summer Special. The waiter did confirm that we wanted lettuce on it.

It's my favorite plate there! It's the perfect combination with queso, guacamole, some veggies, and a taco that is stuffed with plenty of well seasoned beef. Not too filling, so I can still enjoy chips & salsa, and free ice cream cone for dessert.
