Although I'm sure that's possible, I can't see it becoming common any time soon. Our trash service is minimalistic - no frills. One guy drives the truck and operates the lift for the can, then rapidly let's it drop wherever it may.

Basically like having the nosy neighbor ride around with the garbage collecting crew with a pair of binoculars along with pen and pad ready to snitch and tell.
