Help Wanted: Maintenace Tech
Need a maintenance person for a manufactured home community in the Houston area. Full time work, Mon - Fri with some on call emergency maintenance calls.
Must have a Clean background and Clean driving record, Reliable transportation to and from work, works well as a team or on their own, Can do attitude
Willing to learn.
Bi-Lingual - Spanish /English a Plus
Duties include but not limited to:
Lawn care
Painting
Running sewer machines
Weed eating
Various projects
