JOB SUMMARY:
Prepare customer invoices and supporting documentation, and provides account billing support to management by data input, researching data and preparing reports.
Skills Required:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Input billing information and detail back-up data into Microsoft Dynamics GP and Excel spreadsheets.
• Verifies billing information in Microsoft Dynamics GP, customer purchase orders and other project documentation. Ensures that all accounts are balanced on a daily basis.
• Researches inconsistencies, issues and errors in billing information and corrects as required. Provides follow-up on on-going issues and projects.
• Maintain project filing system to provide consistent access and availability of project files and invoices.
• Assists Account Manager with customer documentation and project support as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned to accomplish work of the Company.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School diploma or equivalency.
• 2 years experience in accounting.
• 10 key by touch
• Computer experience: Microsoft Dynamics GP, MS Excel, Word, Outlook,
