Are you passionate and skilled in leasing management? We are seeking a dynamic, experienced in sales, happy individual to join our Leasing Manager Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is positive and has great energy along with a substantial salary.
Responsibilities:
1. Leasing Operations: Oversee all aspects of leasing operations, including managing lease agreements and conducting property tours.
2. Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with management and suite tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
3. Marketing and Promotion as well as implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants, and promote the business as a premier destination for beauty professionals.
4. Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining lease renewals and coordinating move-in/out processes. Overseeing daily operations.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with management and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for tenants and clients.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in Leasing, HOA and apartment industry management preferred
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in lease agreements and contract management.
5. Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and DocuSign
