The Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a critical role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within our residential program. This position requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to providing quality care that meets the unique needs of each client. DSPs are responsible for promoting a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that enhances each individual's quality of life.

Skills Required:

High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or residential support role preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and a strong ethical work ethic.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record (if applicable).
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and all required pre-employment clearances.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stoop, stand, and perform physical tasks as needed.
