Skills Required:
-Marketing and Outreach:
Develop and manage digital, video, and print
marketing materials for social media and local distribution.
- Lead Generation: Acquire leads through cold calls and tenant referrals.
Leasing and Administration:
- Collect accurate information from prospective tenants using guest
cards.
-Showcase available suites and highlight amenities.
-Process and submit leasing applications accurately.
- Handle all leasing documentation, including licenses, insurance, EFT
drafts, lease contracts, and any addenda or notices.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports using Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Tenant Relations and Customer Service:
- Coordinate tenant functions with owners and designated individuals.
- Address and communicate tenant concerns to property owners.
- Maintain up-to-date communication logs.
- Respond to guest inquiries about the facility and tenants.
Facility Management:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and quarterly inspections, and report findings
to owners and property management.
- Report maintenance issues to the maintenance team following
established procedures.
Team Supervision:
- Oversee hiring, performance supervision, and payroll accuracy for
weekend and janitorial staff.
Ideal Candidate:
-Ability to follow instructions, enforce policies, and act as a gatekeeper.
- Strong organizational, time management, and supervisory skills.
- Proven success in management, property management, or real estate.
- Capable of prolonged standing and walking; business casual attire required.
