The Family Service and sales counselor is accountable for assisting families in making arrangements through the selection and purchase of cemetery property, merchandise and, services on at need or pre-need basis, ensuring the expectations of families are exceeded.

Requirements: Sales and customer service background
Professional abilities and dress
Goal oriented, accurate, attention to detail, good telephone skills
Organized, being able to work well with others
Rotate evenings & weekends including Sundays
Must be caring and enjoy working with people
