Seeking permanent groundskeeper for large country estate near New Caney. 2-3 days per week. All equipment provided. Seeking detailed person who takes pride in their work and is honest and hard working. Tasks include mowing, seeding, weeding, tree trimming, clearing, fence repair, and general property maintenance such as fence painting and more. Applicants need prior experience in operating tractors. 1099 and background check will be required if hired. Competitive, fair, hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
