The holidays can be a time of cheer, but for some it can be difficult. Many dread the holidays due to loss, estrangement, bereavement, or just not feeling it. That is ok. Ellie Mental Health Kingwood is asking those who might not be feeling it to come be a part of their holiday support group being offered. Community members can come as they are. They can gain support, obtain coping skills, and be with like-minded, like-feeling others.

Dawn Donnelly, one of Ellie Mental Health Kingwood’s fantastic clinicians, is hosting groups for the following Mondays: November 28, December 5, and December 12 for those feeling “icky” this season. Each session is $50 for an hour therapy with others. Dawn’s group can have a maximum of 8 participants and will be held in Ellie Kingwood’s new offices off 800 Rockmead Dr, Suite 132.
