SUMMARY:Christmas Bird Count | Jesse Jones Park
DESCRIPTION:Birders of all skill levels are invited to join park naturalist
 s and volunteers for a full day of birding as part of the annual Christmas
  Bird Count for the Lake Houston–Humble Circle through the National Audu
 bon Society. Participants will help identify and count bird species across
  several parks throughout the day. The day begins with an owl prowl at Jes
 se H. Jones Park and continues with general birding stops at multiple loca
 tions. Participants should wear closed-toed shoes and bring a reusable wat
 er bottle and binoculars. Ages 10 and up are welcome. A feeder watch optio
 n is also available at the Wild Birds Unlimited store on Kingwood Drive. R
