Dad Arrested - DWI(with child) & Family Violence
Last night (3/2/16) around 7PM, A Pct. 4 Constable Deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 22900 block of Jurua Dr. in Porter. Dispatch reported an intoxicated father of an 8 month old child had assaulted the mother then fled with the child. Upon arrival, they deputy discovered the mother of the child had been choked, hit in the face then pushed to the ground. The female refused medical treatment.
With assistance of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect, identified as Jacob Hall, and his vehicle were located at a family’s residence in the 19600 block of Espinosa Dr. in New Caney, TX. It was there Pct. 4 continued the investigation including field sobriety tests. Hall was then arrested for allegedly committing assault family violence with choking and driving while intoxicated with a child. Hall also had several outstanding class C warrants. He was transported and booked into the Montgomery County jail.
Hall currently has a $10,000 bond on the assault and a $5,000 bond on the DWI.
