Mammoth project coming to Valley Ranch

The 1.8 million square foot Valley Ranch Town Center Development by Signorelli Company held its groundbreaking today, April 15th. This project will be approximately twice as large as any other mixed use development current in Houston.

Signorelli has been working closely over the years with EMCID, Precinct 4, New Caney ISD, and local judges and commissioners to finalize this project.

The Valley Ranch Town Center will include local shopping, retail, restaurants, grocers, a cinema, a hotel, office space, and apartments overlooking a 150 acre public park all located adjacent to the new Texas Drive Stadium.

The first collected sales tax from the development will go towards a New Caney education fund.

This reminds me of the original Town and Country mall over in the Memorial area. Lots of high end stores and restaurants.

It looks like I need to move again. I want more land and less people.

The Valley Ranch Team have done it right and care about the quality of life for residents of East Montgomery County. I am proud of the direction these developers have taken. They have done or will do everything they set out to accomplish. This makes EMCResident proud.

@JWK Generation, off of the Beltway near Summerwood can lure some big companies to its campus. Also, the people that work in the Woodlands campus will have an easy commute from Humble/Atascocita/Kingwood/Porter/New Caney to Exxon and other big Woodlands companies once the Grand Parkway is open.
