Montgomery Co Sheriffs at school??

I dropped my daughter off at Oakley Monday. There were 5 sheriff's cars outside the school in the bus lane, which happens to be were the cafeteria is and where the kids gather in the morning.

I found this odd and hoped a note was sent home. Nope
I called and they were apparently oblivious to them being there.
It was suggested that I call the department to ask, I got the run around and then hung up on.

I find this discerning and I'm wondering why no one has an answer and why more parents aren't asking about this either.

Nothing on the school website, district website, Montgomery County Police Reporter has mentioned the incident.

My daughters teacher noticed one car parked, but thought it was just a child being dropped off. The buses blocked her view from the other 4 cars.

I cannot seem to get any answers as to what was going on.

It just makes me think, period. Really makes me wonder why nobody seems to know anything, or cares to ask. This was right by the cafeteria windows were student's and teachers a like could see.

Am I really the only one wondering and quesrioning it??

Might be just watching to see if there is anything to investigate. They may have been following up on a rumor and didn't talk about it.
